IMPORTANT INFO

- Ninja Warrior is a fast paced & high-risk sport that requires a moderate level of fitness. Please take this into consideration when enrolling your child and choosing an appropriate class. If your child is 8-12 years and new to the sport of Ninja Warrior or similar (eg. Gymnastics/parkour etc), they are required to enrol into our Rookies beginner class.

- A Personal Accident Insurance Fee is required at the commencement of each term. $20 per child or $40 per family.

- Liquid chalk is a mandatory requirement for all AWF class participants. Students will not be able to participate in class without it. This is available for purchase at our front desk prior to class or automatically applied to your invoice if you are a new enrolment.

- Our class sizes are capped to allow AWF to provide an intense, quality coaching session and give participants adequate time on each obstacle.

- TO SECURE YOUR PLACE IN AN AWF CLASS: As soon as AWF receive your enrolment form, you will receive a confirmation email followed by the invoice. Full payment must be received 48 hours after receiving your invoice in order for your place to be secure.

- If you need to cancel a class, 24 hours written notice is required to receive a make up class for that current term. Less than 24hours notice and that session is forfeited.

- WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EVERY PARTICIPANT PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION.

CLASS OBJECTIVE- Please read this with your Ninjas.

Our structured classes are designed to improve the skills and confidence of each participant within the sport of Ninja Warrior, whilst in a fun and safe learning environment. For the safety of all participants in each class, students are required to show focus, discipline and determination in order to progress their skills. AWF does not tolerate any form of negative/ disruptive behaviour or bullying in our facility. We are a Ninja Warrior Community designed to grow and support each other in each and every ninja’s journey.

- Always give the obstacles a go! If you come off, just get straight back up and keep going. No one becomes a ninja by giving up! Practice is the key to success!

- ALWAYS stop what you are doing and listen when the Coach is giving instructions.

- ONLY USE THE OBSTACLES SET FOR YOUR CLASS!

- We know it is tempting, but please do not play on other obstacles if you are waiting for your turn!

- Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times. Enclosed shoes are mandatory - the more grippy the better!!

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Cancellation of a class:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice in writing via email is required to rebook a makeup session for another class in that same term. Should you fail to provide written notice & not attend a lesson, that lesson will be forfeited.

Cancellation of a full term:
- For a full refund- a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to term commencement in writing is required.

- If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to commencement of Term, a cancellation fee of 25% of your total will be deducted and the remaining 75% refunded to you.

- If cancellation occurs any time once the term has commenced, you forfeit the full balance of your remaining sessions.

- Please note, in all of our cancelation policies, NSW vouchers are non-refundable.

As the legal guardian/parent or as representative of myself (If over 18), I acknowledge my participation in AWF events may be hazardous and I assume all responsibility and risk for any accidents, sickness or other mishaps including but not limited to death, serious bodily injury, permanent disability that may result to me while training or competing with the AWF. I hereby affirm that I/ or my child am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in any AWF events or programs that involve running, jumping, climbing, hanging or balancing for extended periods of time. I recognise my heart rate will be elevated at all times during training and events and I do not suffer from any condition that may endanger my safety or the safety of others participating in training.

I acknowledge that my enrollment and subsequent participation in purely voluntary and on behalf of my executors, past, present and future heirs, assigns and legal representatives , do hereby waive, release and forever discharge AWF and all of its officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives from any and all claims, debts, demands, rights, liabilities, actions, loses, damages, costs or expenses including reasonable legal fees whatsoever, arising and resulting from or relating to, Ninja Warrior training or competition. I agree and covenant not to sue, or bring any claims against AWF or any of its respective members with respect to any matters that result from or are related to Ninja Training or events associated with AWF. In the event that I or anyone else on my behalf, institutes any such action, that claim shall be dismissed upon presentation of this waiver and release and I will reimburse AWF or its officers for any and all legal fees or expenses relating to defending such a claim and obtaining its dismissal.

I have read AWF’s Code of Conduct and Conditions of Entry and agreed to its terms. In addition, I understand and agree that AWF reserves the right to temporarily remove or ban athletes from participating in AWF events or training for any reason.

I have read this waiver and release and I fully understand that AWF training, programs and competitions may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities. I confirm that I understand all related terms and that I have given up substantial rights by signing this waiver and release and represent I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I also certify that I have appropriate insurance coverage for any and all possible injuries that may occur at or in connection with any AWF related events or training in which I am participating.

I authorize AWF to use all data including my name, home town, social media handles/names, or any other information disclosed by me to AWF and all other information regarding my participation in AWF events (materials) without any notice or compensation to me. The materials shall remain the property of AWF in perpetuity. Such materials will be used in connection with the business of AWF or its designees in a manner authorized by AWF. The rights set forth in the waiver include, but are not limited to, the right to use, copy and modify such materials in connections with websites, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts owned or operated by AWF or its designees.
