Australian Warrior Fitness (AWF) is the premier Ninja Training Facility on the Central Coast, dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities discover their inner warrior. From Beginners taking their first leap to Elite Champions chasing National or World titles, AWF offers a pathway for everyone to build strength, confidence, and resilience through ninja training.

Led by some of Australia’s top Ninja athletes, our Accredited coaching team ensures every class is safe, structured, and inspiring — with adult coaches leading every session.

AWF also partners with schools and vacation care centres across the Coast, offering exciting, active programs that make fitness fun. Our world-class facility features a huge range of obstacles and services, including:
